My Lansky diamond deluxe sharpener is great, however, its really hard, if not impossible, to sharpen my italian autos and knives that are too slim to clamp onto. It does a great job on my thicker knives such as my cqc7, but I need some recommendations for a sharpener that doesn't run into this problem. Thanks

Sharpmaker from Spyderco. My Lansky has been collecting dust ever since I bought the Sharpmaker. Easy, fast, AND NO CLAMPS!!!
 
Sharpmaker. Worth every dime. A bargain at twice the price. (Don't tell Sal that though)
