The SAR Rat is great and is a brute as far as thickness. Nigh indestructible but the drawback is a thicker knife.

Another plus is that the SAR Rat matches your Daddy and 'Weiler better as it is a clip point.

On a lighter note, Im liking the looks of the bog dog. I wasnt familiar with it and just looked it up.....
