Nobody loves you like yourself;) I'm looking to buy birthday present for myself NIB LE ZT-0600 for max $400-$450. It's first LE knife for me, need advise.

1. Does it come from factory with zip storage pouch?
I seen only one listing online that shows this zip storage pouch included, all other supposedly NIB listings only shows bubble wrap pouch?!?!

2. Does it come with Limited Edition Certificate of Authenticity?
I see that latest LE ZT-0606 comes with such certificate, but what about ZT-0600?

PS if anybody has NIB ZT-0600 for sale here for max $400-$450 shipping & PP fee included let me know.

Edit: Great news just bought one from Ebay for $448, can't wait for it to get here.:D

Like the other guy said, no and no.

The knife is pretty bad ass, though. Had one, traded it, regretted it. IMO worth about 200 except the 3D machined titanium and the pocket clip. Don't know if that should raise the price up 200 bucks. It is a cool knife though.

Thanks for info, very helpful.

Do you know original factory MSRP for this knife?

Few available online listing that I found have average $600 price tag, I want to know if its too high?
I seen sales on this forum average around $450!

Well, the thing to consider is that it was a limited edition, and unlike a couple of their other LE's, pretty desirable. As you said, you're finding it difficult to find them for sale, so that should tell you that the going price is probably going to have to be whatever number that you and the seller can meet on. I do know they come up on the Exchange here from time to time, but they are spendy.

It's a nice knife, but I am not a fan of the CF overlay and texture. I'd rather have a smooth Ti bolster and CF half scale. It'd look better and it probably wouldn't be as expensive to machine.

I picked up a used one, for a premium over the original going price, but at a significant discount from the current prices. As I was going to carry it anyway, I felt okay paying what I did.

Glad I picked it up. A beautiful knife with the smoothest opening of any knife I've ever handled. Bar none.

Still one of my favorites after about 8 months. That's saying a lot, as I tend to move on pretty quickly from knife to knife, as far as favorites go. Only a couple have stood the test of time, and maintain a top position. The 0600 is one of the elite.

If I had to pick just 2 knives to keep out of my 100+ collection, this one would be in that exclusive club, just behind my Microtech LCC D/A, and before my A. G. Russell Ti Gent's liner-lock.

This one was 340 shipped. You will have trouble finding one now at a reasonable price. I myself would take my 400-450 and buy something that's available. Loads of nice in stock knives around for that price.

Nope.

If you're set on a ZT you should check out the new 0801BRZ M390 Sprint Run; granted, it's definitely a different style knife than the 0600. Or you could wait for the 0606CF.

Not meaning to hijack the thread, but how is the steel used in 0600 as compared to like M390 and Elmax? It is a discontinued model and has R J Martin's name on it so $400-$450 in the secondary market is quite fair (even if it is no longer BNIB).

I was able to find 2 or 3 new ones well after their release at a place in Birmingham, AL. I bought the nicest example for under retail and will never let this one go. Still one of the most attractive ZT LEs IMO. Definitely worth it at $400-450.
