Need advise on this special Disc Grinder

I got this Disc Grinder from the Junk that aselling Japanese items.

Yes , It is a disc grinder and I would be able to utilize it some how.

Can any one adivse me or showing any thing that perhaps demonstarting how to use the build-in accessories.
I believe this is designed for knife maker as I could see from the logo.

It's a bit hard to tell from the pictures - it looks like something is adjustable to change the angle between the grinding wheel and the tool rests - is that correct? What does it look like at different settings?
