I have the Jet band saw too. I looked at the harbor frieght at a store in Lincoln, NE. But when I saw the Jet I knew that was the one I was going to get. It seems to be a solid performer.

A side note: Kelly Cupples sells starret bimetal blades and diemaster II blades in about any tooth style and combination. the cost is about half of the knife maker supply companys.

Bruce, You know that Kelly is the regional sales manager for Oxarc right? I get them for about the same from him. He can't really sell them to much cheaper without running into a conflict of interest. But last time I looked they were $35 and up from McMaster Carr and the knife supply places. I am sure that there are other places that we can buy them cheap but who takes better care of us than Kelly when it comes to steel?
