Blade smith, or a maker? “Smith” tends to mean a person who forges, and forging is a very different skill set than making replacement folder blades.
Reprofiling a blade should be straightforward for lots of makers. Making a drop in replacement will be much harder requiring more equipment and a lot more precision. Arguably more precision than making a folder blade for a new knife.

If these are folders, I don't reblade. But if the existing blades need to be modified by stock removal, easy peasy. There is room in my inbox for a DM with photos and a description of what needs to be done.
