Need blades polished

I will be purchasing some knives for my collection that are bead blasted but I would like to know if you could direct me to someone that can polish them out to a mirror finish.

VERY difficult to polish a blade to mirror polish after the guard and/or handle is mounted. Just can't get the polishing wheel down into the intersection of the joint.

I always polish the choil, ricasso area out to mirror before mounting either the guard or handle. You can work out the rest of the blade later, but the joint area is critical.
