Hi all, I need a carbide spotting drill or 2 but most places I have tried will not ship them to Canada (?) and Travers wants a minimum order of $100...

Does anyone know of a place that is good to deal with that ships to Canada USPostal and preferably takes Paypal (ok now I'm asking for a lot).

Thanks

What size?

KBC in Canada, but $20 or 30 plus shipping for a 1/4"

Try Enco

No minimum order

Enco
They ship to Canada, UPS is default, but you can ask for USPS

No tracking, but it will come in the regular mail, no customs fees or BS

$13 or so for the shipping, I was willing to risk it.

Paypal? i don't know.

and
If you're close to a Sowa distributor

you can get jobber length solid carbide twist drills in all the #, letter, metric and fractional sizes
imports at decent prices

Fastenal should have what you need.
That's where I get mine and they're all over Canada.
There actually is one in Parry Sound.

Thanks! I kinda don't like Fastenal because they charge me shipping when I have to go get items in town, and won't ship items from the US except to a store.

...but it is a solution, as is Enco.

Numbers that link is to a hss spotting drill ( I need one of those too)

Thanks again

Solid Carbide spade drills - under $20 for a 1/4"

I've also called Fastenal for availability once, had them say OK, then when I got there would only sell an intact package of 10 rather than individual item.
forget that - I went to see their supplier and got what I wanted, cheaper.
