#1 I have a paragon oven and am in the process of converting to pid, I have looked in the stickies for help but have struck out. I found plans for a 220 volt build but not 120 volt build, My oven runs off 120 volt so do I still need 2 SSR's?
#2 I am gathering parts to make a Variable speed disc sander and was told I need a 3 phase AC motor one hp. Can I use a DC motor or will it not work right?
I apologize for the questions but I have limited electrical knowledge and want to get it right to start with, Any help is greatly appreciated.
