My wife is quadriplegic and loves to cook. I need to find someone or a company who can make a full set of right angle handle kitchen knives (chef's, bread, santoku, etc.). Is there anyone who can help? The only knife she has ever had that works for her is an old Ikea right angle bread knife. A rubberized sticky grip would be preferred as smooth wood slips in her hand easily. We are looking for high quality blades and knives that will last for a long time.
