Need emregency help.

Earlier today i tried to order a knife off of the busse company store. both tranactions got declined but it still charged me. FOR BOTH!!!


My account is now negative and i have no idea what to do since there is no number listed for the company store. im a lower enlisted in the army and this knife was a big purchase for me i live pretty much pay check to pay check...

i went to the bank and they cannot cancel the transaction from their end.


Has anyone had a similar experience im at wits end.


Thanks n advance for any help i didnt know where else to ask.

That is the Busse Office - for ordering what is on the Busse Combat site not - not the company store.

Yes, Skunk runs the company store.

Thanks for the info. Im not trying to place blame on anyone just figure sometimes electronics do wacky things. form everytihng i know SKUNK has a sterling reputation on this site and that is good enough for me :thumbup:
 
I would not worry too much about it. Credit card transactions on-line often work like this. The company store, nor any reputable vendor for that matter, is going to charge you for a product they do not deliver. The bad thing is sometimes the credit card transactions can take a couple of days to straighten out...especially now during the holiday season. But rest assured you will get your money back.

Don't worry. Despite his many famous eccentricities, Skunk is someone you can always count on.

He WILL make this right. You have nothing to worry about.

drinkin sounds good. im a big fan of craft beer and managed to scare a mini keg of yellow snow ipa from rogue. may be just what the doctor ordered to soothe my nerves.

Also i guess when i do finnally has an Skinny ASH hanging off my combat load i will have an interesting story to go along with it :)
 
Skunk and Vicki will get this handled for you. They are usually very quick and precise in taking care of us Po' Hogs.
 
Pending transactions are different than cleared transactions. When a retailer takes an order they "ping" the account. If the account says that there is enought money, then the order goes through. If the account says that there is not enough money, then the order is canceled. However, the pending transaction remains, and could persist for 48 hours or more.

CC transactions require two steps, the ping which verifies funds and initiates the pending transaction, and a second step which tells the CC company to send the money to the retailer. In the case of insuficient funds, the second step is never carried out. But, the pending transaction remains until it is cleared automatically by the CC company's system.

This happened to me a few years ago with a Cabela's order. Your account will be in the red until the pending transaction is cleared, but no long term financial damage will be done. But, you may be on raman noodle rations for a few days.:D
 
HAHA i have some ammo crates stuffed with MREs for just such an occasion.

i wanna know why the order didnt go through tho. there was more than sufficient funds... and it still put my acount in the negative. so much for taking my girl out to new years dinner tho. maybe mres by candle light.. or is that a fallout shelter?? :confused:

Some Hogs may be poor in $$, but NONE are poor in personality or passion. ;)

MREs, by candle light, in the dining room? Good.

MREs, by trioxane tablet light, in a fall out shelter? Better.
