For all those who Deal with mister IDAHOSKUNK adn his wife Vicki and for all those who are even thinking about it i have this to say...

They are the very picture of integrity. I have dealt with many people in the few short years i have had on this planet, some stick out in one way or another. Mr IDAHOSKUNK and his wife stick out in the way that their company and the people that they do business with mean something to them. To them i am more than just a sale. Tis type of customer service just plain caring about others is rarer and rarer these days.

I would like to extend to them my sincerest thanks for the resolution of this matter in a prompt and professional manner. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Also thank you to everyone who posted on this in response to my distress and eseacially to those of you who shot IDAHOSKUNK e-mails. This is a great forum and and an even greater community within the forum.

this has happened to me before, although not at the company store. I had a place ring my card twice for the same order. I called in a panic to make sure that they were not going to send me two sets. (kinda what you get when you hit the back button, then the forward button).

No problem. They will fix it.
