Need feedback on video “How to clean sebenza”

...but I've always been a heavy-on-the-lube man. I make a salad dressing with Breakfree-TM that's out of this world. There's also a cocktail I've made with gin and Militec-1-TM that endeavors to keep you regular.

Plus, I tote my small Seb in a Graley rig, so she doesn't see any bottom-of-pocket time. Oh yeah, I like her greased up like a freaky pig, baby!

.....thought for a second there you were gonna' tell me Gary had equipped your carry rig with a liner, a screw-on top, a dipstick and a drain plug!?!?!? :-) :-)

I've found its best to go easy on lubrication in life unless you're filling a tank or reservoir of some sorts. :-)
Excess lube usually only serves to attract dirt and grit and those usually aren't desirable around a blade pivot.

My way of thinking too Larry!

Danish,
How about assembling the handle section first, then the blade with the pivot bearing and washer so that that goes into the handle straight away instead of laying to the side? IMHO, that would give the assembly more flow. Excellent video by the way! How did you ensure that all your work was within the view frame?

I loved the video about the sebenza , but what about the lube..do both sides of the washers get lube?

mstag, CRK recommends only to lube the blade, meaning only one side of the washers will get lubed. (see pictures in my thread on assembly). I just did mine yesterday (one side) and it's smooth as ever. Several people here however said that got better results by lubing two sides of the washers.
