Need gift knife idea for $25ish

I'd say spend 5 more and get a storm. It's the best deal for the price out there, and has the added benefit of looking and feeling high end, where even the 40+ dollar delicas and minigrips (great though they are) look and feel cheap. The gift recipient, if not a knife expert, will appreciate that.
