My friend was cheated by a guy from Singapore with fake stuff but sold the stuff as original.
He paid via paypal and the paypal can do nothing for International member.
The bad guy left address and even the phone number on the invoice also we can provide his paypal account too.
And the bad guy cheated many other people here too via Internet.
Anybody comes form Singapore can you please give us a hand and help us to resolve this mess? Maybe tell us which one or goverment department we can reach for?
Any help will be very appreciated. Thanks a lot.
