need help choosing a new blade ?

hey guys i need help choosing a new blade over the coming mounths i will be spending a lot of time in the woods hunting,campin,hiking,etc and i thought i would treat my self to a new blade i know i would like to have flat or convex grind and my price limit is $150 i have been looking at jk's knives,barkies,and some rats but havent found anything that realy fits my needs i will be doing a good amount of cutting,some battoning so what do you think would fit the bill ?

How about a Knatchet, John( JK Knives) will be starting mine soon, might as well get him making another while he's at it !!!
