need help finding bushings

They need to be 3/16" in length with an ID of 1/8" and OD of 3/16". SS or brass.

If he had a lathe to finish the inside and outside, then cut them off straight with an abrasive wheel maybe


If you mean a tubing cutter like this,

no, the cutting action swages the tube smaller at the cut.
Stainless is tough on them too.
