Need help finding handle screws

I've been looking all over the place for male and female screws that would look good in a handle as an alternative to brass or steel pins. I'm imagining something similar to the screws used by TOPS knives on most of their pieces but anything that looks decent and won't easily rust is fine. Any tips for where I could find something would be greatly appreciated.

THIS LINK is something along the lines of what you are looking for. The screws are standard, and you use a connector of the same thread size (similar to a standoff in computer lingo) to secure the screws. The connector can be press fit in or glued in place, and I like to use epoxy in addition to the screws for a permanent mount handle. The epoxy increases the strength and seals the scale.

Here's a blade I did using the above hardware.
