Need help from someone who's good with Ti pocket clips

I need to make a set of titanium tie bars for a wedding party, but am not set up to do the cutting and bending part. Is there anyone here who's good with pocket clips that could make me some blanks in the next couple of weeks? It would be something along these lines, only titanium:
