Need help identifying a knife

Hey Y'all, I'm new here, so this might be in the wrong forum?. I have a old Bowie style knife that I would appreciate any help on identifying what it is and age of it. I have pictures also.

You need to upload that to photobucket/imgur or some other photo hosting site before you can share it. There are tutorials on how to upload easily found online.
