Probably from the Boker Magnum line. They have a model called the Exquisite. It's not identical to yours, but close.

Find an online seller that has a large selection of Boker Magnum knives, and you'll probably find your model sooner or later.

I've handled this one and would easily pay 6$ for it, let alone 4$ . They're of unknown Steel and the quality control is barely existent if at all, but if you think it's cool they're worth buying 3 expecting in your car and returning the other two.
