Need help identifying fillet knife

Trying to find info on a fillet knife my grandfather had in my youth. the knife had a 10 inch very flexible stainless blade and the handle was stainless also. He purchased the knife from the Anderson & Ireland hardware store in the early 70s. I used the knife through the 80s as a mate on a charter boat. I do not recall manufacturers name. I know this is very little info to go with but any help would be appreciated
