Need help identifying this knife

Hello,

I am new to this board and I am not sure if I am in the right place, since I am not located in North America.
Few days ago I bought this knife and I would like to find out details on it, because I couldnt find anything on the net.I would also liketo know if it is genuine US knife or far east copy.

I would really appreciate any help.

It looks like a knockoff of the Spyderco Polliwog to me. Not a direct copy, but one with a lot of the same features, most notably what looks like a ball bearing lock.

After reading your replies, I realised that I had not provided all the data.
Size when closed is 4 inches
Size when opened is 6.5 inches
Blade thickness is 2.5mm
I have followed up on the link you have provided and realised that Veile Phoenix has different dimensions.
 
It is not at all that flimsy in hand.
My dillemma is if they copied certain model wouldnt they copy basic dimensions?
If its a copy and they illegally put USA saber on it. Why would they put, what is probably their manufacturing sign - wined dragon with a shield(or eye)?
