Need help iding this knife

First post here! This knife has been offered to me for purchase. The problem is that it's being described as a 1970/$165. I'm confused because this is not what I come up with in my research: Case XX 10 dot A6235 1/2. I've only been collecting knives for about a year and I know I have a lot to learn. I've learned a lot from this forum! Please, will someone step forward and confirm the id of this knife, and is the price in the ball park? Thanks in advance.

It was made in 1980, not 1970. They didn't use the lightning-S until 1980.

Appaloosa Bone, 6235 1/2 Jack. The price is certainly higher than I would pay for a knife in that condition. Maybe half that.
