Need help in choosing knife

Looking for a set of hunting knives for my husband's bday. He hunts mostly whitetail and turkey and would be using the knives for skinning and processing. I have looked at Knives of Alaska, Chris Reeve knives, and Fallkniven. Any recommendations? Price isn't too much of a concern.

Does he use a gut hook? I like the Knives of Alaska Whitetail/Cub Bear set, But Chris Reeve and Fallkniven are both great choices as well. Go with a fixed blade, not a folding knife.

If price is not that big of a concern, start just looking at the makers for sale area and see if you see something that he would like. they make some purdy stuff over there.

Chris Reeve's seems to be the "dream knife" of choice, at least from my group of hunting buddies. All of them have their eyes on the Chris Reeve's Nyala. Not super expensive, amazing quality.
