Need help! Is this an Authentic Strider SMF (Digital Camo) or a fake?

I recently bought this item on eBay, it's said to be a STRIDER SMF with O.D. GREEN G-10 SCALE and CPM154 STEEL URBAN CAMO BLADE.
I did some on Googling and YouTubing. Seems to be an authentic Strider to me but one of my friends told me the frame should be FLAME TREATED which this one isnt and it looks strange.

I have no experts around me so i decided to register and posted my first thread!
Anyone that knows, please share your thoughts. Is it authentic but just one of the old collections or a fake?

Here's the link:

Thanks!

The eBay picture is too poor to tell us much. Try posting some better pics of your own.

1. I use*www.photobucket.com*.*

Download your pictures.*
Go to your Photobucket album.
Click on the picture you want.
Go to the right and see Links to share this photo
Left click on IMG. It will flash Copied. Paste into your post.

2. Another way: go to*http://www.imgur.com*and upload your image.*
After uploading, select the BBCode option - it starts with .*
Copy & Paste to your thread.

From the blurry picture it looks maybe real. I sure hope you didn't pay $550 for it.

Looks like a old used knife that someone swapped parts around on maybe?

Is there a blade stop or is the blade stop part of the G10?

Huh? Strider builds the blade with the blade stops, people frequently mistake them for thumbstuds.

That looks legit to me. scale and backspacer seem like one piece, digicam looks correct, that price is wacky though.

No not the thumb studs, some fake striders have a metal blade stop for when the blade is closed. Real striders there is a hump in the G10. You would be able to notice it pretty easily.

Are you talking about inside the frame? I think I know what you mean...

It's too hard to tell from the blurry pic to call it real or fake IMHO.

Yeah inside the frame there is a metal blade stop on the fakes.

It looks okay from the blurry pictures but the description is a bit odd. It says ''FLAME TREATED TITANIUM FRAME" when obviously it isn't. The stonewashed frame is also very common, but its curious that it says one thing and is another.

Someone may have also polished the flame treatment off. Either way I dont think the knife is original even if real. The handle looks to have an amateurish polish on the frame leading me to believe its either franken knife or pimped. $550 is an absolute insult at any rate. That is $50 more than new.

I don't really have better pictures of the knives. I'll see if i can get some.

Definitely didnt pay $550 for it. Got a very good deal with the seller.
Good thing is I havent paid for the knife yet. The seller is fair enough to let me make sure of it.

Order this for parts maybe? I also assume the knife comes from a couple of stiders.

Anyways thanks all for sharing

I can't see anything but the one tiny picture. When you can upload some good shots of each side, markings etc.

Pull out one of screws to see if it is knurled on the female fastener holding to the G10. Plus it should have seven feathers on the wings on each side of the logo. It also maybe a pieced together SMF as stated above. Let me know if your worried and gonna sell it.
