I am trying to complete my grind on a FFG but am stuck on how to finish it.
Below is a pix with the area on both sides that I am not sure on. I am not
really wanting the plunge line to go all the way up and pretty comfortable
where it is ending now but am willing to take it up further if suggested.
I have the taper pretty close to where I had planned it as well. (pictured)
I am not planning to taper the back handle area.

Suggestions would really be appreciated. Wanting to finish this up on Saturday.
Thanks again for everyone's help. Troy

I would take it all the way up until there is just a sliver of flat whisping off the end of the plunge. It will look cleaner and will make finishing easier. Just don't break the plunge into the spine.

Yeah, you have some room to play with there. Just be careful. If going back to the grinder is too scary you can feather it in with files and sandpaper. You don't need to bring it all the way up but you can go a little higher with no problem.
