need help on posting from photo bucket

Hi friends can someone explain to me how to post picks from photobucket to this forum i am not real smart at this and any help will be greatly appreciated.

Start your post, then go go to your album, and copy the one labeled IMG, all you have to do is left click on it once and it will copy automatically, go back to your post, right click and paste where you want the pic to go. in your post while you are typing, it will be a webpage code, but when you post what you typed, the pic will show up. Like this...
