Need help posting a picture

I have a question on an old Hobart buffer I picked up today but it would be easier if I could include a picture - how do I do that?

The only way I know to do that is to host your picture on a website and reference that picture in your post. You can use HTML code to point to the picture on that site. If you do not have a site to store your picture you can email it to me and I will post it here for you.
