need help posting pics (idiot here)

I got 2 pics on a hard disc, but I am computer illiterate, and need help getting them from the disc, to the post, anyone know what to do?

If you buy a premium or gold membership Bladeforums will host your pix for you; you can upload them directly from your hard drive to the Bladeforums server when you post. Or if you have a host somewhere else on the web you can link to that using the IMG button above the box you type your post into. (Good luck finding a reliable host for less than the cost of a premium membership here.)
