need help posting to trades

I m new here. I have about 7 to 8 decent knives I want to offer for trade, but I can't figure out how to post? Could someone help me?
 
Actually, for Trades, the minimum requirement is a "Basic" membership... however, running with the minimum just sets one up for unnecessary temptation (because Basic members can't sell, and a lot of trade posts get purchase offers)
