Need help to i'd Miniature Pruning Shears

Those look like they rusted badly in storage. The larger handle grip is for the fingers to hold. It rotates around its handle as you close the handles, staying with your fingers to eliminate chafing. These were made for high production work like you'd encounter in a nursery or wholesale florist. Felco of Switzerland sells a few models of hand pruner with this feature. The patent has most likely expired.
