Need help troubleshooting heat treat oven

A little tip. When you rebuild that oven don’t use refractory to stick the bricks together. This will accelerate the cracking of them.
 
Your picture of your breaker shows a GFCI breaker. I'm guessing it's falsely tripping with solid state relay cycling to keep constant temp. My local lowes sells that brand.

Good find, I didn't even bother looking at the pic of the breaker and It is a gfci.A gfci is measuring potential .difference and typically don't work well with resistance heating.

Tryied to tell me I had to have all outlets in the shop as gfci. Told him to pound sand. I’m not connecting a surface grinder mag chuck to a GFCI good way to shoot blades across the shop.
 
I didn't look at the photo. GFIC breaker is the problem. You need a regular circuit for many electronic controlled loads like a VFD and PID controlled SSRs.

Your grinder uses an electrical magnetic chuck? or it was just to f**k the inspector away?

Yeah the chuck is 120v 8”x24”
