Need help with a Case XX

I have a Case XX, I don’t know much about knives and I need some help. I got this knife from my father a quite some time ago. It has always had a wiggle in the handle, I see no screw at the end of the tang to tighten it. Does anyone know of any way to get the handle nice and solid again. I was also curious is anyone knows what the handle is made of. The black has become cloudy and I’m looking to make it look nice again. Any general info on the knife would also be great. TIA from a long time lurker.

 
The handle is made of plastic. If you send it in to Case knife co. They will have it in great shape in about 2 weeks.

A bud collects only Case's and he's had issues with the black plastic fading,becoming cloudy.
Looks like ya' got a user there. :D
 
This knife was used hard, by both my father and I. The thing held up to many years of hunting abuse, now I just want it to look nice again. What is the WR part of the WRCase.com?
