Where in NY? I'm going to assume you mean New York City since the other two places you mentioned are cities...
... there really is no place to get knives here. You'll find some in some sporting and hardware stores, but those are going to be pretty regular knives you could easily order online. Nothing custom or unique. There is one knifemaker I know of here but he has a wait list of maybe 8 months and he makes kitchen knives. You might as well just order from him online. I'm sure you're looking for something more like a big store where you can run around like a kid in Toys 'R' Us.
Just so you know, knives are a no-no in New York City, so if you go get anything in LV or LA before visiting NYC, make sure to keep them in the hotel room.

In NYC there is Three Little Indians by grand street

Do they still do that? I thought they were gone... or at least stopped with the knives and only sold cigars. Some rumors I heard, but unconfirmed I guess.
I might check it out personally :)

Thanks everybody i´ll try check em all out ive also contacted a dealer from this
forum that i will meet.

Let us know about your experiences, especially if you decide to make the trip to Nordic Knives. If you're looking for custom knives, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better selection than they have.
