Need help with Coote Small Wheel Attachment

Just got my Coote small wheel attachment today. It wa sent without the tracking scew and Norm is out of town until Monday. I think I have it figured out but can some please post a close up pic of the tracking screw set up. It appears to be different than the one that's on the four inch wheel.

I didn't have it right.

Does yours bounce a little?

Yes, it bounces. I have the 5/8" and 1" small wheels. It works better with heavier belts like the Norax.
