I went to the thread but it’s locked.

Is there a chance to have the thread unlocked so I can reply and then you may lock it again? Or is it too late at this point to leave feedback?

That is correct, you have to post in the thread in order to leave feedback. You can either ask the seller to open it back up and post in it or you can post feedback in GB&U
