Need help with some knife info

I found this knife in my garage tonight that I forgot I had picked up a while ago. It was one of those knoves that seemed to make its way into a toolbox that I bought at some point from a garage sale.

I am trying to figure out if it's worth cleaning up and just hanging on to it, or tossing it in the trash.

The blade says it's a Rodgers Sheffield knife also says England on the blade.

It's similar to a Vic camper or something along those lines.

I tried to do some searching but did not really find what I was looking for.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Heck I just used the Phillips screwdriver to replace batteries in some audio books for my boys.

I think I might just do as you say. Clean it up and toss it in the glove box.
