Need help with Strider ID

I got this as a gift a while back. Near as I can tell, it's an SNG, but that's all I know about it. I don't really know the lingo that covers various production phases, so here goes:







Can anyone help me to better ID this thing?

SNG flamed and tiger striped Lego.

It's an SnG, an early one. Notice the swirl pattern on the flamed lockside and the "Hinderer" stamped LBS. Is the blade stamped with the Bos heat treat logo? If so it is a little older. I'm not 100% sure on the generation but it's definitely on the older side of things. It's a pretty desirable configuration for Strider collectors.
