If you paid by Paypal you should open up a claim to get your money back. If you paid by money order let's hope it was a USPS one and if so contact your local USPS and they can get you in touch with the inspectors.

hey gunslinger ,, i just noticed this thread ,, i did leave the gun at dunkelburgers', then i recieved a call saying they are not doing any shipping on firearms for another 3 weeks ,,i told you this ! .. the money is on the way back to your paypal acoount ,,please give it another day or so

Using paypal for firearms is prohibited, and can land you in some deep trouble. Nice job.

No i did know about the NY ,PA flip-flop crap???,,all i know is you had over 3k post, had been here a long time and 100%+ feedback ,,what i do know is your pp is a hella lot slower than mine is/was i know that! and you won't anwser the phone or call me ? WHY? do you want my phone # again?
 
im not a thief,,your paypal account should have the refund for 450 now ,,sorry my bank and paypal dont work quite as fast
