I love the aging on those knives. I've read about blue and bleach patina before, but could you go into some details about your specific process?

Thanks for the kind words! On these knives I wiped on a cold blue solution according to the instructions on the can. After that dried I submerged the blade in bleach. I left it in until rust formed all over the blade. I then took the blade out and rinsed it off really well, and then sanded the blade lightly with 400 grit wet/dry just to knock off that loose layer of rust. I then repeated the bleach baths and sanding until I was happy with the results.
