Need Help with ZT 0562 Steel Liner Milling service available?

Hi folks, I would like to lighten my 0562 CF up a bit, carries great but wish it was a little lighter. So I'm looking for a craftsman or service provider that can mill out the steel liner for me, does anyone know where I can get that done? Here is what I Have in mind.
