is the baby loop on the belt sheath meant for use as a dangler setup?

Not strong enough but I think it's for a lanyard in case it falls. Just a secondary safety catch.

The little loop you see at the top of some frogs is there for hanging the khukuri/scabbard on a nail. It is not strong enough for dangler carry.
