I need to come up with 10 or so WSS related trivia questions for a work team- building exercise. This is for adults. Thanx for your help. Oh yeah, the answers to go along with the questions would be cool too.:D:D--KV

Q: What are 4 essential life sustaining catagories of outdoor training?
A:
Shelter
Water
Fire
Food

Q: What is the averages rule of 3's?
A:
3 min without air.
3 hours without shelter.
3 days without water.
3 weeks without food.
(3 months without contact?)

Hey KuRUpTD, please excuse me for being a nitpicker :o ( I've had a couple of triple R's at this point - if you don't know what triple R's are, feel free to ask)

Technically, Poison Ivy doesn't have 3 leaf groupings, rather they have 3 leaflets. So, actually, the saying should be "Leaflets three, leave them be; berries white, shun the site". Poison Ivy, both Toxicodendron radicans and T. rydbergii have white berries. Poison Sumac (T. vernix) also has white berries (drupes).

A: Proper Clothing!

IMO this seems to be taken for granted compared to some other factors.

aggopian- I think that's the best so far but I think the answer should be admitting you're in a survival situation. Too many people today have that "can't happen to me" mentality.

Q What are the three elements of the "Fire Triangle"? (You could change the wording to simplify the question).

A Heat, fuel and oxygen.
