Need Help

Hey Guys i need some help i cant seem to find striders Phone # and i desperatly need it
my Strider SnD CC that is having a ton of blade play and need to send it for repairs
also i recently purchased a Microtech Socom Elite manual action and im also experincing
a fair amount of blade play and need to know if that is normal and the glass braker is very lose
is that normal as well please let me know if i need to send it back to microtech
