need info on this machine

I think it's cool. If it ran smoothly, I'd buy it. It would be great to set up specifically for folders.

They sell (sold?) new for about $4,500. Nice, compact machine capable of real work. If the rust is mostly cosmetic, it seems a very good buy.

IMHO that looks like a drill press with a mill table on it. If it was slightly cheaper I'd buy it but no way I'd use it as a mill, except maybe really light cuts, not to mention the round columm would need realigning unless you never move the head.

Looks like they were meant for smaller jobs, personally I would get it. Clean it up and use it for folders and small projects and it will probably perform great for a long time.
