So this will be knife number 3 for me and my first on a belt grinder. I'm happy with the way the grinds turned out overall. For some reason the location of the plunge lines is driving me nuts though. This will be a gift and my first knife somebody other than me will own so I'd like to finish it to the best of my ability. Is it to far forward? Should I attempt to blend it? Or am I over analyzing and it just looks odd because the scales aren't attached yet? This is my first kitchen knife so it's new territory for me. Thanks for your help! I'm sure I'm approaching my limit on asking for help.

OK thanks for the help. Guess I'm over analyzing. That's good because I really didn't want to try my hand at blending or moving a plunge line. I hate starting a thread for a quick question. I'll change the title and post pictures when I have a finished knife and maybe get some critique on the whole package.
