If he likes the Leek, the upcoming ZT 0450 may be worth checking out. It is also a slim design, if that's one of the things he likes about the Leek. It is also very clean looking, and it has a nice looking touch of red in the form of a couple of standoffs towards the bottom of the handle. Like the Leek, it's a flipper, but unlike the Leek, the 0450 rides on KVT (captured bearings). It's a little bigger than the Leek, but due to the titanium handles (instead of steel), it's actually a little lighter.
