I always include a little bit about the knife. I love knives in general so I buy them in any price range. For the less expensive ones though more often than not if it's a good quality budget knife I will give them away or toss it in a trade rather than trying to sell them. This one is from one of my favorite brands Rough Rider. I EDC a RR almost everyday. The GAW is a Rough Rider Trapperlock. I filed away some of the nylon or delrin handle material to get better access to the thumbstud. That said the trapperlock is still a little tight to open which is why I only two hand this one most of the time. I use it for light duty. It was my foray into trying hybrid traditionals but I think I like to keep my knife genre's separate for the most part. Hasn't been used much but I will put a screaming nasty sharp edge on this thing before I send it out.

This is my regular EDC a Rough Rider half whittler. One of these days I'm going to get a knife maker to copy it for me in Elmax and a better dye job.



I wonder if the Chinese will yell bloody counterfeit if I start showing the custom Rough Rider knockoff on the internet though? LMAO.

I'm in! Love those Rough Riders, very good value and quality for an inexpensive Chinese knife. I carry a trapper every day. Thanks for a great giveaway!
 
Not an entry but thank you for the GAW! Nice file work, it looks like it should be there from the factory.
 
This is my 96th post, i'm in if you'll have me... I'm about to go to sleep before work, (3rd shift), but I'm sure I'll have 100 before the night is through. I could use a new whittler.
 
I'm definitely in, been going back and forth over getting one of these for a while now. My only Rough Rider right now is their rendition of a TL29 and it is one great knife. They are an incredible value in my opinion.
