I always include a little bit about the knife. I love knives in general so I buy them in any price range. For the less expensive ones though more often than not if it's a good quality budget knife I will give them away or toss it in a trade rather than trying to sell them. This one is from one of my favorite brands Rough Rider. I EDC a RR almost everyday. The GAW is a Rough Rider Trapperlock. I filed away some of the nylon or delrin handle material to get better access to the thumbstud. That said the trapperlock is still a little tight to open which is why I only two hand this one most of the time. I use it for light duty. It was my foray into trying hybrid traditionals but I think I like to keep my knife genre's separate for the most part. Hasn't been used much but I will put a screaming nasty sharp edge on this thing before I send it out.

Came that way it's similar to a Case Trapperlock. The Case vs is actually better than the RR version which is something that I usually don't say often a most of the RR's that I have gotten were either equal or better than many other brands. The RR Trapperlock is still pretty solid though!
 
Cool, please count me in. I tend to carry this 70's browning folder when I want a traditional. I've never handled a RR before.

Thanks Cchu518, it just arrived in the mail today. I'll EDC this one often. I dig the filed thumb groove, its pretty ergonomic. Thanks. :cool:
